The insightfulness and
extent of an expert's experience is one of the most
important attributes that can be drawn upon in rendering
convincing opinions.
Unlike many of our colleagues,
whose knowledge has been primarily acquired from an
academic milieu, we are an organization that provides
the expertise and real world experience gained from over
three (3) decades within the design and construction
industry.
Conducted through forensic investigative
analyses of cost, schedule, technical and industry
standards, we develop objective appraisals of the "What,
When, Where, How and Who" of cost increases, time delays
and/or quality deficiencies.
Upon completion of our
forensic investigation we develop objective independent
opinions that are presented in a clear, concise, and
persuasive report that is substantiated with supporting
documentation, comprehensible by industry professionals
and/or adjudicators as well as a jury of lay
people.
